Top 5 Wednesday - Series I Won't Be Finish

Hello everyone!

I am back with another Top 5 Wednesday! If you want to check it out, you can go to the Goodreads group and read more about it.

This weeks topic is top 5 series I will not be finishing! I am actually a little excited about this one, although I might have more than 5.

5. Gone by Michael Grant

I am a little iffy on this one. I feel like my main problem is that I don't want to commit to the series. There are 5-6 books and frankly, while I didn't mind the first one, I feel like there are other books I would rather be reading. I may take these books out of the library to see if I want to buy them, but for right know, I am in no rush to finish the series.

4. The Chaos Walking Trilogy by Patrick Ness

I feel like I am one of the few people who didn't like this series, or first book I guess. I had a hard time getting through the writing style and frankly it just wasn't my favourite storyline. I might pick the next book up at the library, I'm not sure.

3. The Archived by Victoria Schwab

I wanted to like this book, I really did. But I just felt bored and confused by it. I didn't really feel like I got a great understanding of the world and how everything works. Maybe I will pick it up a little later when I feel more like reading something paranormal.

2. The Delirium Trilogy by Lauren Oliver

Ugh, Lauren Oliver. I am sorry, but I don't know what it is about her writing that I don't like, but I feel like I haven't met a Lauren Oliver book I have liked. I didn't like Panic and frankly, Delirium wasn't much better. I got through Delirium and borrowed Pandemonium and Requiem from the library, but I just could not bring myself to read them and ended up returning them early and unread.

1. Blackout by Robison Wells

This might be the one of the most painful books I have ever read. It was too long, there were too many 'main' characters and if I'm being honest, the 'intense cliffhanger ending' did not make me want to get the next book.

And that is it! See you next week for another top 5 Wednesdays!
