Top 5 Wednesday - Books with Terrible Covers

Hello everyone!

I am back with another Top 5 Wednesday! If you want more info, you can check out the Goodreads page here!

This weeks topic is top 5 books with terrible covers. I have to say, I am very excited for this one, I have quite a few books that I would really love a cover change or books I don't want to buy because of the terrible covers.

5. Gone

These covers are just bad. I don't know who came up with the idea but the old covers with the brooding, dramatic looking private school/public school kids is just not doing it for me. The new covers aren't terrible, but not great either.

4. The Knife of Never Letting Go

Honestly, all I can say is that the UK covers are so much better.

3. Perfect Chemistry

Wow! This was such a good book, but the cover was so bad. Not one I would voluntarily read in public!

2. Pushing the Limits

These books wouldn't be so bad with the dust jacket off right? Wrong! The cover is printed on the hardback, so even if you take the jacket off, its still there. Another one I wouldn't want to read in public. The covers are actually the reason I haven't picked up this series, which is sad because I have heard so many good things!

1. Shatter Me

I love the covers with the eye, and I would love to get them all in hardcover. Except I can't. I can get this really bad silver one with a girl on it in hardcover and the rest with the eye, but not all with the eye in hardcover.
